June is full of celebration and what better way to kick off the start of summer than with another D.A.S.H. With Ash! It has been several years since I have been able to host a class back home so I am excited to be back!
Join me as we kickoff the Father's Day / Juneteenth weekend and my birthday celebrations with an energetic full-body workout. Open to all fitness levels!
